Adam Sandler's 'The Do Over' Will Film in Savannah, Georgia

Adam Sandler's new movie 'The Do Over' will film in Savannah, Georgia.

The Do Over will be directed by Steve Brill and it will be the second film in the multipicture pact Sandler and his Happy Madison made with Netflix. Written by Chris Pappas and Kevin Barnett, the comedy is about two down-on-their-luck guys who decide to fake their own deaths and start over with new identities, only to find the people they’re pretending to be are in even deeper trouble. Adam Sandler Netflix Pic will shoot in Savannah, GA, in July. Sandler’s first Netflix pic is 'The Ridiculous Six'. 'The Ridiculous Six' was hit with controversy after several background extras boycotted the movie. Several Native American actors left the set of ‘Ridiculous Six’ after hearing several jokes in the script. The extras said the jokes were disrespectful of women, elders, and misrepresented Native American culture. A video later went viral showing producers telling Native American actors to leave if they are “overly sensitive”. A recent casting call was posted online seeking stand-ins to work on the new movie as it films in Savannah, Georgia this summer.
