Tammy Smith Casting- Atlanta recently posted the following casting call for background extras to work on CW’s “The Originals” filming in Atlanta area.
Casting directors are seeking extras to work on an upcoming scene on the Vampire Diaries spin off, “The Originals”.
Recently, Ian Somerholder from ‘The Vampire Diaries’ commented on ‘The Originals’ series and he said he is “Not Thrilled”.
“The Originals” is taking several “The Vampire Diaries” actors including Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies and Claire Holt, and following their adventures in New Orleans. Somerhalder said he’s worried about who The CW will find to take their places on “The Vampire Diaries.” “Are they gonna be good? Because it’s The CW, and everyone has to be pretty, and there aren’t a lot of pretty people that can act well,” he said.

For “The Originals” this SAT, 9/21
Casting for 2 featured POLICE OFFICERS ,
AFRICAN AMERICAN ages 25 to 50,
clean cut hair or bald ok,
with no facial hair allowed except a mustache
Real police experience is a plus, or you must at least have security, military, martial arts or have a strong presence (or some acting experience!)
NOTE 1: UNIFORM SIZES are limited:
Waist size 32, 34, 38, 40 ONLY!!!
NOTE 2: PLEASE LIST IF YOU HAVE TATTOOS IN YOUR SUBMISSION (where they are, how big, etc…)
This will film in CONYERS, and the approx start time could be around 1 or 2pm and it will go late into the night on Sat night
