  • Family Condition (FAMILY CONDITION): Share your discovery of a hereditary health condition.
  • Older Person Preventative Care (OLDER PERSON PREVENTATIVE CARE): Older individuals can discuss early treatment facilitated by family health history.
  • Older Person Sharing Family Health (OLDER PERSON SHARING FAMILY HEALTH): Share how you’ve communicated familial health conditions to younger generations.

Who Can Apply?

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable discussing personal health in a group setting.
  • Available for filming in Atlanta in early to mid-January.
  • Have experience or knowledge relevant to at least one of the topics above.
