Netflix’s Metal Lords is now casting and hiring actors in Portland, Oregon.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Portland Oregon this October 2020.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- Triplets (twins or siblings who look similar enough may also apply) for the new Netflix feature film “Metal Lords”. Must be able to pass for High School students.
About Netflix’s Metal Lords:
Metal Lords is the forthcoming film for Netflix. This teen music drama also produced by the Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss. Peter Sollett is the director of this musical drama film. The film produced by David Benioff and written by D. B. Weiss also Bighead Littlehead is the production company for Metal Lords. And the, Greg Shapiro from ‘The Hurt Locker’ is also set to produce.
Peter Sollett already directed some hit movies including Nick & Norah’s Infinite Playlist, and the upcoming Minecraft movie, which is now in development. He recently directed job two episodes of CBS’ Evil series.
Here’s the official description from Netflix: “Two kids want to start a heavy metal band in a high school where exactly two kids care about heavy metal. They try to find a bass player and fail. But they do find a girl who is very good at cello. If the three of them can’t settle their differences and work together, they’re never going to win the Battle of the Bands.”
