Casting directors are looking for men and women who can play United Nation background extras on Netflix's hit TV series 'House of Cards'. Marinella Hume Casting, the extras casting director behind 'House of Cards', is looking for men and women who have not worked on the show yet, to play United Nations types. Kevin Spacey plays a Democrat from South Carolina who creates an elaborate plan to get himself into the highest position of power in the country, with the help of his wife, Mrs. Underwood. Season 3 ended with Underwood seeking re-election and it seems that in Season 4, he had won the election.
