The producers for ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ are now casting new talent in Austin, Texas.

 
Casting directors are looking for extras who have not appeared on ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’. They are accepting submissions from background actors to portray ‘Travelers’ – attractive, clean-cut professional types. For more details see the casting call below:
-ATTENTION clean cut Extras who have not yet appeared on From Dusk Till Dawn!- Third Coast Extras is still accepting submissions for the following types to work as Extras on Robert Rodriguez’s TV Series “From Dusk Till Dawn,” for an ALL NIGHT shoot in central Austin on Tuesday, March 4. Estimated call time will be LATE Tuesday night and will go all night until Wednesday around mid-morning on 3/5. *NEW faces only who haven’t appeared on this show yet* Please share with anyone who fits this! Note: If you already submitted for this shoot from our last post please submit again now that we know it’s an overnight shoot so we can consider you. Thanks! *”Travellers”: Attractive, clean-cut professional/ business types, male & female, all ethnicities, ages 20s-60s with access to outfit options that look like upscale business/professional attire to bring to set. Pay rate is $79.75/10hr. To submit, email us at: [email protected] w/ subject heading “3/4 Night Shoot” and follow directions below exactly: Include name, age, phone #, location (Austin?), height/weight and attach plenty of clear, well-lit, high resolution current photos both close up AND full length. IMPORTANT: Must be Texas resident w/ valid Texas ID who lives in (or at least close nearby) to Austin, TX since shoots days can change at the last minute and call times are likely very early or late night. Please don’t submit if you’re not local to the area or nearby.
The English-language El Rey – which is set to premiere this December nation-wide with initial carriage via Comcast – would air From Dusk Till Dawn as its first scripted series. Robert Rodriguez, is heavily involved in getting the network off the ground, will be writing, producing and directing the From Dusk Till Dawn series himself. The series will expand on the story and characters from his original film and providing more Aztec mythology. There has not been a report if the two sequels will be included in the television series since, Robert Rodriguez only worked as a producer on those projects.
