Chicago Fire Extras Casting Call for Real Firefighters

Casting Directors are now casting for Chicago Fire and they are seeking actual real Chicago fire fighters to work on a upcoming fire scene.

Chicago Fire Extras recently posted the following casting call on their Facebook Page:

Chicago Fire is an American television drama that airs on NBC on Wednesdays at 10:00 pm Eastern/9:00 pm Central after Law & Order: Special Victims Unit during the 2012–13 television season.

Created by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas and produced by Law & Order creator Dick Wolf, the show follows the lives of the firefighters and paramedics working at the Chicago Fire Department at the firehouse of Engine 51, Truck 81, Squad 3, Ambulance 61 and Battalion 25.

The series premiered on October 10, 2012. The pilot episode had an early release at NBC.com, before the series’ premiere on television.

Chicago Fire Extras Casting Call Information

Casting Alert! We are searching for real Chicago fire fighters to work out fire scene on Tuesday July 30th.

We will start sometimes later morning and shoot until past midnight (could be hours past).

If you can work (we need seven fire fighters), male and female, all ethnicities.

If you can work please send a photograph of yourself in your uniform or bunker gear and send to [email protected] 

Please include your height, weight, age, and phone number. For this scene the fire fighters will earn $175 for an 8 hour day and time and a half after 8. There is a $25 bump for bringing your bunker gear. Please send in your photos ASAP! Thank you.

Fire Fighter Furlough Casting Alert!

Four our next episode starting Tuesday August 13th and going for 8 days (not including weekends) we need to cast Fire fighters, male and female, any ethnicity, who can work two days on our show for a fun spot where we have four fire fighters reacting to an accident scene.

I need to show pictures to our director as this is a special scene.

If you are a fire fighter and are not on furlough but you can free up for two different days you can submit too.

Please send a picture of yourself in your fire gear or station gear so we can see your face.

Include your height, weight, age and phone number and e-mail ASAP to [email protected] and put “F FF” in the subject line.
