With nine consecutive number one films, and one of the most successful R-rated comedies ever created, “Girls Trip,” it is reasonable to believe Will Packer has an eye for talent, producing, and filmmaking. Will Packer’s understanding of the mainstream audience has led to the success that the rest of the entertainment industry wishes to achieve. Will Packer also worked on “Straight Outta Compton” as an executive producer – a feature film that later went on to make over $200 million.

Will Packer Internships:
Want to be a part of the company behind hits like GIRLS TRIP, RIDE ALONG and THINK LIKE A MAN? Will Packer Productions is accepting submissions on a rolling basis for our paid internship program. Interns have actively involved in our film division as well as both scripted and unscripted television branches.
We look to hire two interns per semester – Spring (Jan-May), Summer (May-Sept) and Fall (Sept-Dec) – who can commit to working full time; This means that interns are in the office Monday through Friday typically from 10 am to 6 pm. Interns are also expected to provide their transportation and housing in Los Angeles and have access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to script coverage, feedback on active projects, administrative work, errands and covering phones. Interns are also expected to manage their deadlines and deliverables as well as present a final project to the company’s executives.
