J.J. Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan probably had one of the toughest jobs in Hollywood this year when they took on rebooting the most beloved movie franchise of all time.  And apparently, their hardwork paid off.

After breaking every single box office record, Star Wars is one of the best movies of the year. That’s probably why the Director’s Guild of America invited J.J. Abrams and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan to discuss their experiences making Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

If you want to watch this amazing discussion, then you are in luck. Thanks to the Director’s Guild of America, you can watch the entire discussion online. They discuss, in detail, what it was like to rebuild the Star Wars universe from the Episode I to Episode VII.
