According to Chad Darnell Casting, extras casting director in the Southeastern market of the United States, there is reportedly a “FAKE” casting call going viral looking for kids to submit on the hit TV series Homeland.

Earlier this week, Chad Darnell Casting posted on Facebook a warning to all those involved in the film industry alerting them of the fake casting call.

Virginia peeps! There is a FAKE casting call going around for kids on HOMELAND. DO NOT submit on it. Kendall Cooper is the extras casting director. Follow her page only.”

Homeland season 7 is now filming in Virginia. The casting director, Kendall Cooper, has posted several casting calls looking for doctors, smokers, and background actors to work on a bar scene filming this month.

Homeland centers around a bipolar CIA operative become convinced a prisoner of war has been turned by al-Qaeda and is planning to carry out a terrorist attack on American soil. Homeland features Claire Danes, Mandy Patinkin, and Rupert Friend.
