Did the creator of ‘The Walking Dead’ reveal a major character’s death by mistake?

Lauren Cohan, Josh McDermitt and Robert Kirkman, the creator of The Walking Dead, were on Comedy Central’s @midnight this week. At one point during the show, Hardwick offered them to reveal upcoming spoilers. It was supposed to be a joke and several people poked fun at Carl being a snitch. However, Robert Kirkman drops this major spoiler: “Eventually a character named Negan is introduced. He’s going to bash in Glenn’s brains with a baseball bat called Lucille.”
That might not sound like a big deal but, there have been several reports suggesting that one of the original cast members are going to die in an upcoming episode. AND, if you read The Walking Dead comics, then you would know that Glenn actually gets killed with a baseball bat called Lucille by a villain named Negan.
