Tyler Perry is now filming two TV series in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to Georgia.org, Tyler Perry is working on Nickelodeon’s Young Dylan Season 2. and Tyler Perry’s All the Queen’s Men.

Written by Tyler Perry, the TV series centers around the story of a family whose world is changed when their nephew, an aspiring rapper (Dylan), moves in. This is the show’s second season and comes from the Tyler Perry partnership with Viacom to produce new original series for BET Networks and Viacom networks.

Details for Tyler Perry’s All The Queen’s Men have not released other than the show will premiere on BET+.

It’s important to note Tyler Perry is not letting the COVID-19 pandemic stop him from creating content. As we previously reported, last May, Tyler Perry reopened Tyler Perry Studios to film The Oval. By July, Tyler Perry Studios began filming for The Oval and Sistas. Since then, the studio has led the way for filming in the pandemic. When describing what it was like to film during the pandemic, Tyler Perry explained, “We had a couple of concerns,” he explained. “We had four positives. Here’s how it went: We had 160 people check in the first day, go to their rooms, get tested and wait for their results. Nobody was able to leave their rooms. We had two positives in that. So we had them escorted out and got the help that they needed.”

“Then 200 people checked in [soon after] and we had two positive inside of the 200. We had them escorted out and got them the help that they needed. So we had four before anybody left their rooms, before anybody started work. Those rooms were kept closed and off limits to anybody until after we finished shooting.”
