Cinemax New Series ‘Quarry’ Now Hiring Crew

Cinemax new TV series ‘Quarry’ is now hiring and filming in New Orleans

Cinemax new TV series, Quarry is ramping up production in New Orleans, Louisiana. According to the Louisiana Film Commission, producers are now hiring crew members to work on the new Cinemax TV series.

We first reported on the new Cinemax TV series last year when the TV pilot was filming in Mississippi.

According to TVLine, Quarry centers around a series of books by Max Allen Collins, the project centers on a Marine marksman who, upon returning home from Vietnam in 1973, finds himself shunned by those he loves and demonized by the public. The disillusioned vet is quickly recruited into a network of contract killers and corruption spanning across the Mississippi River.

Quarry is written by Rectify writer Michael D. Fuller and Graham Gordy. John Hillcoat (Lawless, The Road), meanwhile, serves as EP and director of the pilot, with Keith Redmon (Awake), Steve Golin, David Kanter and Matt DeRoss exec-producing, as well.

Filming for Cinemax Quarry starts on March 2015 with pre-production starting on February 2015. Producers are now hiring crew members to work on the production, to apply for a role send your resume to: quarryresumes@gmail.com
