‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’ is Now Filming in Australia

‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5’ has started filming in Australia.

Johnny Depp is getting his pirate swag on as production for the new Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, has started in Queensland, Australia.

According to Variety, filming for the Pirates of the Caribbean 5 will take place on location in Queensland and in the Village Roadshow Studios in Australia.

Johnny Depp will return to the role of Captain Jack Sparrow, who is being chased by Captain Salazar as Sparrow searches for Poseidon’s trident in hopes of getting rid of “deadly ghost pirates”.

Orlando Bloom will also return to the franchise as he reprises his role as Will Turner.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales hits theaters on July 7, 2017.
