Peacock, the popular streaming platform, is gearing up to thrill fans with an exciting new spinoff series titled ‘The Continental,’ set in the world of ‘John Wick.’

Recently unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con, this highly-anticipated show delves into the origin story of the renowned hotel, ‘The Continental,’ a sanctuary and hub for assassins in the blockbuster movie franchise.

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable three-part event, with the premiere episode hitting screens on September 22. Parts two and three will follow on September 29 and October 3, respectively.

Transporting viewers back to 1970, ‘The Continental’ will take them on a riveting journey through the history of the New York City-based establishment. The focal point of the series will be a young Winston Scott, portrayed by the talented Colin Woodell. Alongside him, the cast will feature outstanding performers like Mishel Prada, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Nhung Kate, Jessica Allain, and many more.

Behind the scenes, a team of visionaries works tirelessly to bring this thrilling narrative to life. Notable names involved in the project include producer and director Albert Hughes, executive producer Marshall Persinger, and action director Larnell Stovall.

While Keanu Reeves, the iconic face of ‘John Wick,’ won’t be appearing in ‘The Continental,’ fans can rest assured that the series will preserve the spirit and allure of the original films. Since its debut in 2017, ‘John Wick’ has amassed a massive following, and ‘The Continental’ aims to live up to the high expectations set by its predecessors.

In other entertainment news, both ‘Barbie’ and ‘Oppenheimer’ have exceeded expectations, delivering impressive box office debuts that have captured the attention of movie enthusiasts everywhere.
