Netflix is launching a daily interactive game show, dubbed Trivia Quest, based on the famous Etermax app Trivia Crack.

Starting April 1, Netflix will release one new episode every day during the month, for a total of 30 installments. Each episode includes 24 multiple-choice questions — 12 basic and 12 “hard” questions — in various fields such as science, history, entertainment, sports, art, and geography.

Viewers will be asked to assist Willy the animal protagonist stopping a cruel villain named Evil Rocky from enslaving the animated inhabitants of Trivia Land in addition to merely responding to trivia questions. When users complete each day’s quiz, they will be able to liberate captives from Evil Rocky’s grip as they reach various checkpoints throughout the series.

This feature will allow viewers to repeat quizzes, which they may use to obtain the correct answers and increase their points totals.

“Each quiz also features a definitive ending but we don’t want to tell you too much about that just yet,” writes Andy Weil, VP of Comedy Series and Interactive Programming at Netflix, in a blog post.

On April 1, a new episode of The Neverending Story will be released on smart TVs, streaming media players, game consoles, computer browsers, Android phones and tablets, iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. Watch the video below to learn more about the upcoming episode.
