Michael B. Jordan Looks to Expand ‘Creed’ Universe to Film and TV at Amazon

Michael B. Jordan is taking the blockbuster success of his ‘Creed‘ Universe to Amazon, hoping to expand it into film and television projects.

Michael B. Jordan has no intention of ditching the Creed franchise soon! Fresh off the launch of Creed III, Michael B. Jordan—both actor and director—is already taking strides to catapult the Creed franchise forward!

Deadline confirms that Michael B. Jordan is negotiating with Amazon to grow the series into film and television! Although the specifics of this deal remain largely unknown, it has been confirmed that Jordan and Amazon are currently in talks to explore potential avenues for furthering the franchise.

In March 2022, Amazon announced a USD 8.5 billion acquisition of MGM, making it the tech giant’s latest addition to its portfolio. Creed III has made a triumphant start at the box office, earning an impressive USD 58.7 million and setting another franchise record! Jordan has ventured into the director’s chair for the first time with this film. He also graced the big screen as Adonis Creed, a formidable heavyweight champion and son to boxing legend Apollo Creed. Jonathan Majors joined him as his childhood friend-turned-rival in this epic film.
