Kim Kardashian tweeted “I’m truly at a loss for words. To everyone in Orlando affected by this massacre, my thoughts, love, & prayers are with u,” she tweeted to her more than 45 million followers on Sunday morning.

The reality star shared additional tweets later on during the day expressing her frustration with the lack of gun control in America.

“Under current federal law people on terror watch lists can legally buy guns — this is called the Terror Gap,” she wrote. “We have repeatedly called on Congress to close this loophole that makes it easy for dangerous people to get guns & kill. Nothing has changed!!!! People continue to senselessly die. When will these gun laws be changed?!”

According to reports, a bill to close the terror gap loophole was blocked in December 2015, making it legal for those in the Terror Watchlist to purchase guns.

This is not the first time Kim Kardashian has spoken out against the lack of gun regulation in America. Last year, Kim Kardashian took to Twitter after it was revealed that David Conley, a man who fatally shot his ex-wife, her six children and her husband, was able to buy to buy the ammunition he needed to commit the crime online. And Kim Kardashian is not alone.

Other celebrities have called for stricter gun laws. In fact, Amy Schemer made an emotional speech against gun violence after a man opened fire last year during a screening of her movie, Trainwreck, killing two women.
