Is Kevin Hart quitting comedy?

Between selling out box offices, starring in movies, and packing out stadiums, and working out everyday on Instagra, Kevin Hart is a busy guy. But it looks like his workload is going to get a little bit lighter with reports that the 36-year-old comedian is retiring from stand-up comedy.

The last Kevin Hart tour What Now? had Kevin Hart performing 156 shows in over 100 different cities across 13 different countries and five continents. And while that’s pretty amazing, Hart may be running out of gas. “I don’t know if I’m ever going to go out and do it again,” the comedic actor said during CinemaCon on Wednesday where he premiered his tour documentary. “It’s my last f*cking tour.”

So what’s going to happen next?

News at CinemaCon when asked about the possibility of joining Chris Rock, Ellen DeGeneres, Billy Crystal and other comedians in hosting Hollywood’s biggest night. “I think when it comes, it will be right. I’m definitely not turning my nose up to the opportunity.”

“I think it’s a stage and I think as a comedian it’s something that you want to say you did in your career,” he added. “So when I do, trust me I will make my presence felt. And I think once again, the timing will be right. I’m not in a rush, I’m not going anywhere.”

This news comes as Kevin Hart is teaming up with Bryan Cranston for a drama movie that is rumored to land Hart his first Academy Award nomination. Bryan Cranston and Kevin Hart are teaming up together to star in the remake of the hit movie The Intouchables. The original movie starred Francois Cluzet and Omar Sy and told of the unlikely friendship that develops between a white quadriplegic millionaire and his black caregiver. The movie was made in 2011 for about $12 million and earned close to $430 million worldwide.
