Director of ‘Law & Order’ Arrested for Child Pornography

The director of ‘Law and Order’ was director arrested for child pornography.

According to the NYPost, TV director Jason “Jace” Alexander was arrested on child pornography charges for allegedly promoting a video showing a young girl stripping and masturbating.

Alexander, 50, of Dobbs Ferry, the only son of actress Jane Alexander, is accused of promoting the video – depicting a girl about 12 or 13 years old – by making it available for viewing in late June on the Torrent network, according to a criminal complaint.

He also is accused of having a video file depicting a 6- to 8-year-old girl performing a sexual act on herself, according to Investigator Andrew Garcia of the DA’s High Technology Crime Bureau.

Alexander was charged with felony counts of promoting and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child. He posted $10,000 bail and is due in Dobbs Ferry Court on Nov. 19.

In February, Alexander worked on the upcoming DirecTV series “Coop”. But, the director has filmed over 30 episodes of “Law and Order”, 19 episodes of “Rescue Me”, several episodes of “The Blacklist” and “The Practice.”

His mother Jane Alexander, a former actress, has won several Emmy and and Tony awards.
