An Al-Qaeda member and supporter appearing in a recent video is the son of Patrick Kinney, who has made several major motion pictures in Hollywood, according to CNN.

Abu Basir Al-Britani can be seen in a video posted by a website Intelligence group, in which he calls out ISIS for bombing “the houses of innocent Muslims” in a village in northern Syria. He is seen having a long beard and speaks in a British accent.

According to CNN reporters, the man is actually Lucas Kinney, a member of a branch of Al-Qaeda in Syria called Nusra. Kinney’s father, Patrick Kinney, worked as an assistant director on multiple Steven Spielberg films, including Empire of the Sun and Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade.

Patrick also worked on other major motion pictures including Braveheart and Rambo: First Blood Part II.

CNN also reports that Patrick and his son Lucas have been out of touch for several years. Lucas attended schools in Cairo, Saudi Arabia and Britain.

U.K. paper The Daily Mail reported Lucas Kinney’s mother, Deborah, is divorced from his father. Recently, she has spoken out about the danger she fears her son is in.

“There are pictures of him on Facebook with guns,” she told the paper. “I think he possibly would martyr himself – I think he’s mentioned it once a long time ago. And this is another one of our fears, that he would do that.”
