In the upcoming ‘Fast & Furious 11‘ movie, Vin Diesel is eager to cast Robert Downey Jr. as his next villainous counterpart!

This Thursday night, moviegoers worldwide will witness the unforgettable trailer for Fast X as Vin Diesel discloses to Variety his incredible wish: that Iron Man’s Robert Downey Jr. would join them for this final installment of The Fast Saga! If Diesel succeeds, he will be the second Marvel star to join this franchise after Brie Larson’s much-anticipated entrance as Captain Marvel earlier this year.

“Without telling you too much about what happens in the future, there’s a character who is the antithesis of Dom who is promoting AI and driverless cars and a philosophy that with that goes your freedom,” Diesel proclaimed in the interview. “Somebody believes that’s future, which is directly odds with the Toretto mentality.”

When queried on whether he has asked Downey Jr. to take up the part, Diesel cheekily grunts and turns away as if he had already revealed too much. When questioned about her ideal cast for the franchise, co-star Michelle Rodriguez immediately named Matt Damon as an actor she’d love to see involved.

“Matt Damon, would you be in a Fast and Furious movie?” Rodrigez confidently speaks directly to the camera. “C’mon, we got four Oscar winners, man. And you’re an Oscar winner!”
