The profile hit the Internet the same day another piece of Bond news went viral. Current 007 writer, Anthony Horowitz said in a recent interview with the Daily Mailthat The Wire’s Idris Elba, the most requested actor to replace Daniel Craig, is “too street” and not smooth enough to play James Bond. Needless to say the Internet was pissed.
