Chris Brown is finally off of probation after the Rihanna Assault case ends.
According to reports, a judge ended Chris Brown’s probation yesterday. Chris Brown was given probation after brutally attacking R&B singer, Rihanna more than six years ago. Brown pleaded guilty for attacking Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards which drastically affected his music career.
Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlinsaid Brown had completed community labor requirements as part of his felony assault case and officially closed it.
Brown and his attorney, Mark Geragos, hugged in the courtroom and again in a courthouse elevator. After the hearing, Brown tweeted, “IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!”
Chris Brown underwent domestic violence and anger management counseling. In addition, the actor also went into rehab. While in treatment, the singer was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and PTSD.
