An extra on the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice set maybe facing bankruptcy leaking spoilers to a local TV station.

Zach Snyder’s sequel to Man of Steel and prequel to Justice League has been filming in Michigan for several months. But, earlier last year a background extra spoke with NBC affiliate WLIX-10 about details surrounding the upcoming feature film.

According to the background extra, the scene involves a red carpet event that will turn into an epic fight between Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) and Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg), which will also involve the paparazzi and the military. The extra also spilled the news that Hunger Games: Catching Fire star will play Carrie Kelley, aka Robin, in the film.

The background extra revealed that he signed a confidentiality agreement with Warner Bros. when he bagan working on the film, and that if he’s caught breaking the agreement he could be fined $5 million.

Warner Bros. is going above and beyond to protect their movie from spoilers. But, do you think $5 million dollars is too much to charge a background extra for leaking details? Share with us your thoughts in the comments below!
