John Travolta Returns to TV with FX’s ‘American Crime Story’

John Travolta joins the cast of Robert Shapiro in FX’s new TV series ‘American Crime Story: People v. O.J. Simpson’.

John Travolta is heading back to Television with the new FX anthology series, ‘American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson’ has brought John Travolta back to the TV screen.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, John Travolta will star as Robert Shapiro, a key member in O.J. Simpson’s “Dream Team” during the murder trial. In addition, John Travolta will serve as a producer of the 10-part miniseries.

American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is a new series from the creator of American Horror Story, Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The upcoming series will be based on Jeffrey Toobin‘s best-selling book The Run of His Life: The People v. O.J. Simpson. The new series will focus on O.J. Simpson trial as told from the perspective of the lawyers and explore the behind the scenes experiences on both sides of the courtroom.

John Travolta joins Cuba Gooding Jr. as O.J. Simpson, Sarah Paulson as Macia Clark and David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian.
