Sandra Bullock will star in an all-female Ocean’s Eleven reboot.
According to EW, Sandra Bullock has just confirmed the lead role in an all-female reboot of Ocean’s Eleven, with Hunger Games director Gary Ross to take over Steven Soderberg.
Development for the Ocean’s Eleven reboot started last year with producers George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh.
With Sandra Bullock landing the lead role, the question now becomes, who will fill out the rest of cast. Many fans of the Hunger Games are petitioning for Jennifer Lawrence to join the cast. Which may happen since, Lawrence worked extensively with Gary Ross in the past. However, Jennifer Lawrence is pretty busy. She is currently filming Passengers with Chris Pratt in Atlanta and she is in talks to star in a Darren Aronofsky (Requiem For a Dream).
This news comes as Bullock’s latest movie, Our Brand is Crisis, bombed in the box office.
