Matthew Morrison is getting sued by his acting coach for $182,000.
When actors get help from a professional acting coach, it could change their acting career forever. Unfortunately for Matthew Morrison, it may have changed his life for the worse.
According to TMZ, Matthew Morrison (Glee) is refusing to pay his acting coach $182,000 after his acting coach filed a lawsuit against the actor.
According to reports, the former Glee star verbally agreed to pay Peter Mattaliano 2.5% of his acting salary from any TV or movie roles. Matthew says Peter is demanding “this outrageous figure based upon a purported oral agreement” in May 2011, according to TMZ.
However, Matthew Morrison denies ever agreeing to that deal, and says he actually did pay Peter more than what acting coaches are normally paid. In addition, Matthew is suing Peter for using his name and images on a website.
Ouch.
