MTV’s 16 and Pregnant star, Valerie Fairman, was arrested for alleged prostitution.
16 and Pregnant is not known for casting the smartest girls in the world but, the hour-long documentary does center on early teen pregnancy and the problems that come along with it. Since the show aired in 2009, the series followed the trials and tribulations of young high school students who are basically, 16-years-old with a child.
Now it seems that Valerie Fairman, one of the show’s first reality stars, has been arrested for alleged prostitution.
21-year-old Fairman — who appeared on season 2 of the show — was allegedly walking the streets in New Castle, Delaware. We’re told cops conducted the sting after getting a slew of citizen complaints about prostitution in the area. Valerie allegedly agreed to perform a sexual act for cash.
Valerie was arrested along with 7 other women.
Valerie became popular on “16 and Pregnant” after getting in multiple fights with her baby daddy over their daughter, Nevaeh. [TMZ]
According to reports, she is the youngest of the seven women arrested in the police sting.
