Robert Kirkman’s new TV series ‘Outcast’ is currently in pre-production
According to Deadline, ‘Outcast’ is the exorcism drama project from ‘The Walking Dead’ executive producer Robert Kirkman. Kirkman announced on Twitter about the new series and this will be Kirkman’s pilot writing debut.
Similar to The Walking Dead, Outcast is based on a comic written by Robert Kirkman and centers around Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by possession since he was a child. Now as an adult, he embarks on a journey to find answers, but what he uncovers could mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.
Details surrounding the project have not been revealed. Rumors reveal that filming surrounding the project will take place in South Carolina. We will keep you updated on acting opportunities as soon as it becomes available.
