United Airlines is now casting talent for an internal corporate training video filming on Monday, March 27th at Chicago O’Hare Airport. SAG/UNION EXTRA ROLE RATE: $135.50/8 USAGE: Internal Corporate training purposes Cat. 1 PROJECT: UNITED INDUSTRIAL SHOOT DATE: MONDAY, 3/27/17 LOCATION: O’Hare Airport PARKING: Reimbursed by Production We are looking for UNION/SAG members, who are current on their dues, to play passengers for a United Industrial, Male/Female, All Ethnicity, 20s to 60s If interested and available, send an email with the following to commercials4extras@gmail.com: 1) Put United Industrial 3/27 in the subject line of your email. 2) Include name, age. phone, email, height, weight and 2 CANDID PHOTOS (make sure to send 1 full length body photo) and MEASUREMENTS 3) Must include your name as it appears on your state ID or Drivers License, the ID Number and Expiration, and your DATE OF BIRTH – this is so you can be cleared to work at the airport. This is a fast turn around, we don’t have time to track you down, please include all this information in your submission!!! 4) Please confirm that your are current on your Union Dues, and include your SAG/AFTRA ID number 5) Confirm you have open availability on March 27th 6) Confirm your mode of transportation to set. 7) Confirm if you have worked and been on set for a United Industrial in the last year. 8) Confirm that your registration with 4 Star Casting is current (within the last 12 months). 9) If you haven’t completed the Master Survey for SAG-AFTRA (within the last 12 months), please do so.
