Tom Hardy‘s Fonzo is now casting for Italian actors in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on April through May in Covington, Louisiana.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- GOONS: casting Sicilian Italian looking men (18+ years old) to portray Goons in Al Capone’s Gang. Must be able to attend a wardrobe fitting in Metairie on Thursday 4/12, Friday 4/13 or Monday 4/16.
About Fonzo:
The 47-year old Al Capone, after 10 years in prison, starts suffering from dementia and comes to be haunted by his violent past. The movie stars Tom Hardy and is written/directed by Josh Trank.

RATE: $94/10 hours
GOONS: casting Sicilian Italian looking men (18+ years old) to portray Goons in Al Capone’s Gang. Must be able to attend a wardrobe fitting in Metairie on Thursday 4/12, Friday 4/13 or Monday 4/16. Right now, Goons are scheduled to work 4/17, 4/18, 4/23, 4/27, 5/4, 5/8, 5/9, 5/10, 5/11 & 5/16. This is a picture picked role to work some very small scenes! If chosen, we do ask you maintain some flexibility in case the filming schedule changes. In your email, please include the fitting date(s) that work best for you.
Please keep in mind that this is a period piece: unnatural hair color, modern haircuts, modern piercings, visible tattoos on hands, face and necks and full beards will NOT be considered! If you have a full beard, you will be required to shave it! You must be OK with getting a 1940’s style hair cut.
