Te Ata Thompson Movie Open Casting Call for several roles in the movie.

Casting Directors will be holding an open casting call and auditions in throughout the country for the new feature film based on the life of Chicksaww performer and storyteller Te Ata Thompson.

Te Ata Thompson Fisher, whose name means Bearer of the Dawn, was born December 3, 1895, near Emet, Oklahoma. Her career as an actor and storyteller spanned more than 60 years and led her to perform in England and Scandinavia, at the White House for President Roosevelt, for the King and Queen of Great Britain, and on stages across the United States.

Auditions are open to everyone who may fit one of the roles but, casting directors are especially looking for Native American actors/actresses to appear in the movie.
