‘STAR’ Atlanta Casting Call for Dancers and Choreographers

Fox new TV series STAR is now casting dancers and choreographers in Atlanta, Georgia.

Fox’s Star is looking for dancers, choreographers, and other types for an upcoming scene filming Wednesday, February 8th and Thursday, February 8th in Atlanta, Georgia. Producers are now casting the following roles:

  • -Passerby- Looking for a Man and Woman, 20’s- 50’s, to portray a passerby on the streets.
  • -Cleaning lady- Looking for a Woman, 30’s-50’s, that can wear a Medium-Larger shirt, to portray a person cleaning.
  • -Dancers-Looking for men and women in their 20’s, to portray dancers at a studio. Must own dance clothing
  • -Choreographer- Looking for a Male or Female in their late 20’s- 30’s, to portray a choreographer. Must own dance clothing

About Star:

Star tracks down her sister, SIMONE (newcomer Brittany O’Grady), and her Instagram bestie, ALEXANDRA (newcomer Ryan Destiny), and together, the trio journeys to Atlanta to become music superstars.  Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award, Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Queen Latifah (“Bessie,” “Bringing Down The House”) plays CARLOTTA, a surrogate mother to the young crew.

-Passerby- Looking for a Man and Woman, 20’s- 50’s, to portray a passerby on the streets.

Shooting in Atlanta Thursday 2/8
-Dancers-Looking for men and women in their 20’s, to portray dancers at a studio. Must own dance clothing
-Choreographer- Looking for a Male or Female in their late 20’s- 30’s, to portray a choreographer. Must own dance clothing
