We are looking for camera-friendly patrons to eat and critique our contestants food, service and concept.
If you’re not familiar with the show, here is a brief rundown: Two culinary teams are selected to pitch their business to Joe Bastianich and Tim Love with the hopes of receiving an investment to expand their business. Typically these businesses are food trucks, pop-ups or concepts looking to establish a brick and mortar. Only one business is chosen to move forward; given $7,500 and 36 hours to prepare. Our consultant, Antonia Lofaso, prepares the team to launch their food, service and concept to the public. Following the launch service, Joe & Tim decide if they’re willing to put their money on the line.
This is a casual dining experience. Friends/family/neighbors and colleagues are welcome to join. Tentative time is 2:30p-5p, but you are free to leave after you eat.
