Nicole Kidman’s ‘Goldfinch’ Casting Call for Kid Actors To Work As Photo Doubles in NYC

 The Goldfinch is now hiring kid actors to work as photo doubles in New York City

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on Saturday, February 24th in New York City.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking boys ages 9 and up to photo double for caucasian boy 4’11’ – 5’2 with shaggy dirty blonde/light brown hair.

About The Goldfinch:

The acclaimed book by Donna Tartt is being adapted by Warner Bros. and Amazon Studios with Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver) on board to play Theo, Aneurin Barnard (Dunkirk) to play Boris, and with John Crowley directing. The Goldfinch tells the story of Theodore Decker who, after surviving a terrorist bombing at an art museum, with his mother being killed, goes on an adventure that sees him involved in art forgeries and living with his deadbeat father in Las Vegas.

Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking boys ages 9 and up to photo double for caucasian boy 4’11’ – 5’2 with shaggy dirty blonde/light brown hair. Works Saturday 2/24 and other possible dates.

This is for the new feature film THE GOLDFINCH based on the novel by Donna Tartt.
