Netflix’s new TV series Selection Day casting call for additional speaking roles in Mumbai, India.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in Mumbai, India.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- ENGLISH ONLY
Bank Managers (1 man / 1 woman) – (30 to 45 years) – Should look convincingly corporate, smart, well spoken.
Binny (man / Mid or Late 20s) Fit, athletic, know how to box, funny and well Spoken.
HINDI CAMEO
Shenoy (man / 20s) Drunkard, addict, once a famous cricketer now living like a beggar on the street - DIALOGUE / SHORT ROLES
MARATHI / HINDI SPEAKING
Chawl Boy (13 to 16age) – Hindi, Street smart, fast bowler, confident
Chawl Girl (13 to 16 age) – Sweet, friendly
Tina’s Maid / Bai( woman / 20s) – GOOD ACTOR, good part. must look local.
Chawl Uncle (50 to 60 age)
Juice Vendors Women (20 to 30 age) – street smart, energetic, must look local.
BMC Officers Men (35 to 40s) – should be able to run and look sarkari
Mr. Sarkar (40 to 50 age) – GOOD ACTOR, good part who can speak English and Hindi
Thin Boy (13 to 15 age) – GOOD ACTOR, lean, energetic/ enthusiastic
Portly Father (40s age) – GOOD ACTOR fat, thin kid’s father

About Selection Day:
Streaming giant, Netflix has announced two Indian original series. Mumbai-set “Selection Day” is a story of cricket and corruption based on the novel of the same name by Booker Prize winning author Aravind Adiga (“White Tiger”).
