Faking It is comedy about two best friends, Karma (Katie Stevens) and Amy (Rita Volk), who love each other in different ways. After numerous failed attempts to become popular, the girls are mistakenly outed as lesbians, which make them instantly popular. After becoming popular they decide to keep up their romantic ruse. Gregg Sulkin, Michael Willett and Bailey Buntain also star on MTV’s ‘Faking It‘.

According to Deadline, MTV’s Faking It was renewed for a second season. “Faking It has proved to be the perfect companion show to Awkward,” said Susanne Daniels, President of MTV Programming. “We’re excited about Carter Covington’s delicious plans for season two.”

Sande Alessi Casting is currently seeking extras to work on an upcoming episode filming in August. Casting directors are looking for an actor to play a Hippie Cashier and actors to play biker guys.
