Netflix’s House of Cards is now casting background actors for several future filming dates in Baltimore, Maryland. Casting directors are looking for men and women professional business attire to work on scenes filming on Monday September 12th, Tuesday September 13th, and Friday September 23rd.
House of Cards centers around the ruthless politician Francis Underwood and his wife and partner-in-crime Claire. The show has been based in Baltimore since the first episode, largely doubling for the city of Washington, DC. Maryland offers filming incentives for both film and TV shows, with TV producers able to access a tax credit of up to 27%.
