Health Quest commercial casting call in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming in March in Poughkeepsie, New York

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • [PATIENT 1] – Caucasian Female, 40-60 yrs. Talent will interact with doctor in consultation setting/ office/exam room. Works one day, Friday, 3/16 from 1pm- 5pm. MUST SELF-REPORT BY CAR (no exceptions) TO POUGHKEEPSIE, NY.
  • [PATIENT 2] – African American male, 50-70 yrs. Talent will interact with doctor in consultation setting/office/exam room. Works one day, Friday, 3/16 from 1pm- 5pm. MUST SELF-REPORT BY CAR (no exceptions) TO POUGHKEEPSIE, NY.
  • [PATIENT 3] –  Hispanic/Latino male, 45-70 yrs. Talent will interact with doctor in consultation setting/office/exam room. Works one day, Tuesday 3/20 from 6:30am-10:30am. MUST SELF-REPORT BY CAR (no exceptions) TO POUGHKEEPSIE, NY.

AUDITIONS:  SELF-TAPE ONLY.  DIRECT BOOKING FROM SELF-TAPE, HEADSHOT, RESUME, REELS

DATE:  3/16 &  3/20 (see roles below)

LOCATION:  Poughkeepsie, NY (SELF-REPORT BY CAR ONLY- NO EXCEPTIONS)

USAGE:   1 year  (with the exception of Website and Social media which is in perpetuity); stills used for Brochure, Hospital TV, Billboard, Website and Social Media (NY and CT only)

RATE:   $500/4 hrs, paid NET 30, no travel pay, no agency fee

 

SEEKING:

[PATIENT 1]

[PATIENT 3] 
 Hispanic/Latino male, 45-70 yrs. Talent will interact with doctor in consultation setting/office/exam room. Works one day, Tuesday 3/20 from 6:30am-10:30am. MUST SELF-REPORT BY CAR (no exceptions) TO POUGHKEEPSIE, NY. 

 

*SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 1:  REQUIRED MATERIALS

  1. email attached commercial headshot, resume and self-tape (instructions below)
  2. include links to reels/clips in the body of email
  3. include current height, weight and location base in the body of email

*SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS 2:  SELF-TAPE

  1. with camera ready (natural yet polished hair, makeup and wardrobe) state your:
    1. name/agency (if applicable)/height/weight/location base
