HBO’s The Deuce is now casting for pilots in New York City.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on April 23rd in Queens, New York.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- 1970s African American Male Skycap (40s) (40-42R jacket!)
-1970s Caucasian Male Pilot (30s-50s) (38-40R jacket!)
About The Deuce:
“The Deuce” centers around the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early ’70s through the mid ’80s. The TV series will explore the rough world that existed there until the rise of HIV, violence and crack -cocaine.Vincent Martino and Frankie Martino, who were players in the Times Square world and became fronts for mob control of the volatile and lucrative sex industry. James Franco will play both twins in the new HBO series.

GWC is seeking NON-UNION Actors to portray the following for the HBO series THE DEUCE:
-1970s African American Male Skycap (40s) (40-42R jacket!)
-1970s Caucasian Male Pilot (30s-50s) (38-40R jacket!)
Works Monday 4/23 exterior in Queens, NY
Must have full day/night availability!
NU bg rate: $143/10hrs
Please note the following:
-Must be ok working around atmospheric smoke
-NO visible tattoos
-Hair must be 2+ inches in length (NO fades, edging, shaved sides, braids, dreadlocks, large afros) OR, for AA men- you can provide your own small afro wig
-Men must be clean shaven
-Should be local to NYC area
