Fox’s Empire is now casting for real nurses in Chicago, Illinois.
Fox’s Empire season 3 is looking for real nurses and doctors to work on an episode filming on Wednesday, July 13th or Thursday, July 14th in Chicago, Illinois. Talents will be compensated $150/8 to work on the upcoming scene filming in Chicago.
About Fox’s Empire:
‘Empire’ centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders’ family as they fight for control of the company. The hour-long family drama was created by Lee Daniels and Danny Strong, and stars Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson.

CASTING CALL: EMPIRE SEASON 3!
SHOOT DATE: TBD: It will be a 1 day shoot on either Wed., 7/13 or Thurs., 7/14
SHOOT LOCATION: Chicago
RATE: $150/8

1) REAL DELIVERY NURSES:
Male/Female, Any Ethnicity, Age Range; 25+. Please include your professional experience in your submission email.
2) REAL ANESTHESIOLOGIST:
Male/Female, Any Ethnicity, Age Range; 25+. Please include your professional experience in your submission email.
Send an email to extras4empire@gmail.com with the following:
1) Put REAL DELIVERY NURSE or REAL ANESTHESIOLOGIST as the subject line
2) Include your name, age, height, weight, phone number, current zip code and email address.
3) Send at least 2 RECENT candid photos in jpeg format (both close up and full length). Make sure the photo is taken in decent lighting (no selfies), no sunglasses, no hats! Show us your style but make sure we can see your face! If you have photos in scrubs/medical attire, please submit those photos as well. The better the photo, the better your chance of being submitted. Most importantly… NAME YOUR JPEG WITH YOUR FULL NAME.
4) Confirm your medical experience
5) Confirm you are available either 7/13 or 7/14.
6) Please let us know if you have worked on the show as another role, and if so, what role.
