Casting directors are looking for men and women age 18 to 35 years old to play 1950s comedy club goers on the new Amazon show from the creators of Gilmore Girls, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Filming will shoot on Monday, August 7th.
About The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:
A housewife in the 1950s decides to become a standup comic. The AMAZON series features Rachel Brosnahan, Alex Borstein, and Marin Hinkle.

GWCI is still seeking SAG-AFTRA & NON-UNION Men & Women ages 18-35 to portray 1950s comedy club goers on the new Amazon show from the creators of Gilmore Girls, “THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL.”
Fitting: WEDNESDAY 8/2 or 8/3
Shoot Date: MONDAY 8/7
Interior shoot. Must have full day availability for shoot date.
Must be comfortable working around smoke, no wool allergies, and TRI STATE AREA locals only. Men must be okay getting a 1950s haircut. Men must be comfortable being clean shaven! Women must have single colored hair only. No highlights, no foils, no balayage, no weaves, no extensions, no wigs, no braids.

-Please attach (2-3) good quality photos, candid, non professional that clearly depict your CURRENT LOOK!
-Men: Confirm you are comfortable receiving a 1950’s hair cut and you are okay being clean shaven.
-Women: Confirm the length of your hair.
-Women: Confirm you have no highlights, that you have single colored hair only.
-If you’ve worked on the project before, if so when and as what.
NON UNION RATE $154/12hrs. SAG-AFTRA rates apply to SAG-AFTRA members.
