Electric Dreams is now casting featured roles in Chicago, Illinois. Casting directors are looking for dogs, extras to play prostitutes and other featured roles. Filming will take place in mid-April Chicago.
About Electric Dreams:
Amazon has picked up Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams (fka Electric Dreams: The World of Philip K. Dick), a 10-epiosde sci-fi anthology series from Ronald D. Moore, Michael Dinner, Bryan Cranston and Sony Pictures TV. The show, based on short stories by the award-winning novelist.
Each episode of Electric Dreams will be a stand-alone based on Dick’s shorts stories as adapted by a writers room made up of British and American writers. Joining Moore (Battlestar Galactica, Outlander) and Dinner (Justified) as writers are Tony Grisoni (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas), Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child), Matthew Graham (Doctor Who), David Farr (The Night Manager), Dee Rees (Bessie) and Travis Beacham (Pacific Rim).

1) MALE WITH A DOG:
DESCRIPTION: Male, Any Ethnicity, Age Range: 25-65. We are looking for someone that owns a large dog that is able to work with you in the scene. Your dog must be well behaved and up to date on their shots. Please attach photos of you and your dog in your submission and confirm your dog is up to date on their shots.

RATE: $84/8 + $35 Dog Bump
2) MR. SIMONIAN
DESCRIPTION: Male, Polynesian/Filipino, Age Range: 35-45. This scene will be a fun featured scene! Please submit photos of you in “fatherly” wardrobe i.e. slacks, khakis, button down, polo, sweater, etc.
SHOOT DATE: Wed., 4/19
RATE: $84/8
3) PROSTITUTES:
DESCRIPTION: Female, Any Ethnicity, Age Range: 21-35. We are looking for females that are comfortable being portrayed as this role on screen and comfortable being scantily clad. You will be working in a police station scene.
SHOOT DATE: Tues., 5/2
RATE: $150/8
