BBC’s ‘The Fall’ Casting Call for a Speaking Role Filming in Northern Ireland

Casting directors and producers for BBC 2’s ‘The Fall’ are now seeking talent for an upcoming role in the series.

Casting directors posted a casting call for a speaking role in the second season of BBC 2’s ‘The Fall’.
The series is set in Northern Ireland and follows a PSNI investigation into a string of recent murders. When the PSNI are unable to close the case after 28 days, Detective Superintendent Stella Gibson, of the Metropolitan Police, is called in to review the case. Under her new leadership, the local detectives must track down and stop the serial killer, Paul Spector, who is attacking young, professional women in the city of Belfast.

URGENT CASTING CALL FOR THE FALL IIDAISY (Female)– MUST BE AGED 18-21 (but young & youthful looking – playing a 16 year old)
– MUST BE NORTHERN IRISH WITH NORTHERN IRISH ACCENT
– MUST BE BASED IN NORTHERN IRELAND
– MUST HAVE ACTING EXPERIENCE

Daisy is a friend of Katie’s from school. She is glamorous and confident. She is the girl at school all the boys want to be with and all the girls want to be. Her naturally sexy ways incite a competitive envy and rivalry with the girls around her, Katie included. Katie is tired of being in her shadow and when she takes the opportunity to stand out from the crowd, Daisy can barely recognise the friend she once knew.

The role of Daisy will be required for approx 5-10 filming days within the overall shoot dates Feb 24th – June 16th 2014.
