AMC’s New Series ‘The SON’ Open Casting Call

AMC’s new series The Son is now casting in Austin, Texas.

Brock Allen Casting is looking for Native American Indian men and women ages 18 and older to play Comanches in a new series for AMC called The Son, a period piece about the rise of Texas.

AMC is looking to avoid stereotypes and is looking to identify the real “Comanche” Indians. According to the casting call, AMC is producing a show with no “white savior.” and are creating a show to highlight the historical events. “The goal is to tell the story truthfully and allow the audience to draw its own conclusions.”

The open casting call will take place this Sunday, May 22nd from 1pm to 6pm at:
