Adult Swim‘s new TV series Tropical Cop Tales is now casting background actors in Atlanta, Georgia.
Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming this summer 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Producers are seeking the following types:
- RECURRING DETECTIVES/POLICE – Seeking MALES and FEMALES to portray police officers and detectives in a recurring position (you must have OPEN availability to work from June 25 through August 10). Looking for all sizes, ethnicities and shapes. Character faces and unique features!! Ages 20’s to 60’s.
- POLICE DISPATCHER – Seeking MALES and FEMALES to portray police dispatch officers. Looking for all sizes, ethnicities and shapes. Character faces and unique features!! Ages 20’s to 60’s.
- PET SHOP BOYS (AND GIRLS)- Seeking MALES and FEMALES to appear in their underwear and in dog collars -open to all sizes, ethnicities and shapes. Ages 20’s to 50’s. Again, looking for people to portray animals in case you didn’t read that before. REPEAT – underwear and dog collars.
- Other Roles: – Any ages, ethnicities, and everyone far and in-between
– Unusual body shapes; short or curvy, really tall or really strong
– Amputees; missing fingers or toes or entire limbs
– Unusual looks; hook noses, big ears, off centered features
– Interesting, whethered, scarred, or comedic faces
– Interesting hair or piercings
About Tropical Cop Tales:
Two burned-out city cops — Keymarion “Primetime” Weeyums and Demetrius “Meechie” Franks — relocate to a tropical paradise for a relaxing twilight to their careers. It ends up being the most vicious, menacing place on earth, not even slightly relaxing.

This one is a mixed bag – seriously!! Because we are casting this show backwards (casting for the roles but without the dates) this is more like a general, open call. We are looking for people that do background work often, so we need people that can work any date we throw at them. That does not mean you will necessarily work a lot, just that you must be able to work… period.
