- Parents can advise their kids to take a deep breathing exercise before the audition or photo shoot. It can help your kids to relax and focus their attention.
- Make sure they eat healthy foods and drink plenty of water before the audition or photo shoot. It will help your body and mind feel better and be more prepared for the task.
- Try to relax and have fun. It can be easier said than done, but remember that the audition or photo shoot is not the only thing that defines you,r kids. Do your best as parents and enjoy the process!
