LOCATION: LAKE FOREST/HIGHLAND PARK
Seeking the following role:
HOSPITAL VISITOR
Male, CAUCASIAN, Age range: 27-40
If you are interested and have open availability on WED, 8/16, send an email with the following to commercials4extras@gmail.com
1) In the subject line put “SAG MEDICAL MALE”
2) In the body of the email include your: name, age, height, weight, phone number, email, and zip code on your Driver’s License or State ID.
3) Confirm that you are SAG and in good standing (this will be verified). Include your SAG ID #
4) Confirm that you have your own transportation to Lake Forest/Highland Park
5) Attach one current full body photo and one headshot.
