Arvold Casting is one of the biggest casting companies in the United States. The casting director and part time producer Erica Arvold recently gave out some amazing tips on what actor's should do to prepare for an audition. One of the best tips was what kind of monologue an actor should pick for an audition. More specifically, what is a casting director is looking for?
